Alliana is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in London, a certified mediator in Texas, and a member of the Texas Association of Mediators. She is also a certified Russian/English translator, capable of preparing and legalizing documents for the Russian Consulate or for use in Russia. Additionally, Alliana prepares expert reports for U.S. and foreign courts and immigration authorities to interpret and apply Russian law.
Alliana earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Houston Law Center and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also completed graduate studies in international arbitration at the National University of Singapore and received her foundational legal education in international law. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Missouri and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is also a credentialed mediator by Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
